Saffron Chai (15 cups ☕)

This DIY Chai mix will allow you to Indulge in a rich blend of traditional Indian chai spices with Himalayan black tea, elevated with the luxurious touch of saffron. Chai is known for its mood-enhancing and antioxidant benefits, and saffron adds a floral warmth to every sip. 

Make this chai in 3 simple steps:

1. Boil water and add tea: Bring 8oz of water to a boil. Add 1 tbsp (5-7g) of Baabu's saffron chai mix and let it all dance for 3-5 mins
2. Add Milk: Pour in 4 oz of milk of choice, simmer for 2-3 more minutes. At this point, you can add 3-4 strands of saffron (optional)
   
3. Finish with Saffron for a Royal touch: Use a strainer to pour into your favorite cup. Sprinkle 2-3 saffron strands on top. Sip, smile and enjoy!
